Later in the evening, you’ll meet the other enthusiasts who will join you for the drive while attending a welcome reception and dinner held in your honor. Monday, August 11: Day Two Drive: Lake Tahoe to Mammoth Lakes This is when the real fun begins. You’ll climb behind the wheel of your Lamborghini and head south toward the Sierra Nevada Mountains, taking each twist, turn and elevation change in total stride. To your right: the confidence of protective rock walls. To your left: thousand-foot drops into canyons and rivers. Brave as you are, you’ll continue on – cutting through remote areas near the mountain range as you close in on your destination: Mammoth Lakes. Upon arrival, you’ll check-in to The Westin Monache. Tuesday, August 12: Day Three Drive: Mammoth Lakes through Yosemite to San Francisco After a delicious breakfast to refuel you for the second day’s drive, you’ll head west toward Yosemite National Park – you and your pack snaking through mountainous roads with varying elevation changes and unpredictable weather. Once at Yosemite, you’ll continue onward toward San Francisco for the latter portion of your day, leaving the taunting wilderness behind and heading straight for the city. Once in town, you’ll check-in to The St. Regis San Francisco. Wednesday, August 13: Day Four Drive: San Francisco to Santa Cruz to Monterey Now on the coastline of the Pacific Ocean, you’ll head along the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) after breakfast, traveling from San Francisco to Santa Cruz, and then on to Monterey. Once there, your evening and Giro experience will conclude with dinner and an opportunity for you to share your Lamborghini experiences with other fellow enthusiasts.
